About the Janus Paradox

Computer programmer Michael Ward is content with his life in New York City. When he first has a vision of an explosion in a laboratory that triggers a strange headache, he attributes it to a stressful day at work. When he begins having dreams that show him a day into the future, he thinks it’s a coincidence. Those explanations go out the window as his visions of the future reliably repeat themselves day after day.

Knowing what happens the next day isn’t so bad, until a terrifying shadow turns his dreams into nightmares. The monster will seemingly stop at nothing to sever Michael’s connection to the future. When he glimpses the apocalyptic plans the shadow has in store for the world, he realizes he may be the only person who can stop it.

Unsure whether it’s all in his head or the shadow is actually dangerous, he embarks on an adventure of reality-altering revelations and a paradoxical chess match with someone who shares his ability to see events before they occur.
